You must have completed The Science of Emotional Intelligence within twelve months prior to attending Three Conversations of Leadership.

This program teaches you the ability to have difficult conversations without fear of reprisal, which is the hallmark of a psychologically safe organization and leads to improved collaboration and innovation.

You need to have conversations in order to:

  • Engage in difficult conversations that build trust instead of fear.
  • Address the necessary matters and encourage open communication
  • Build collaboration and innovative culture as people provide ideas
  • Build trust and transform outcomes

Our blended approach to learning combines pre-work, program materials, and homework assignments in our Learning Management System (LMS) with two 2-hour live online video meetings for an enriching and truly collaborative group experience.

At the completion of this program, you will know how to:

  • Explore the leadership importance and mindset of three critical types of conversations: Daily, Difficult and Courageous.
  • Implement a Daily Conversation strategy that builds trust and drives results, even in time-constrained, pressure-filled environments.
  • Identify and address the emotional risks that often derail Difficult Conversations, motivating the other person to be a part of the solution.
  • Build a strategy to start Difficult Conversations in a way that provides clarity and safety for the other person.
  • Produce a personalized template to address the Courageous Conversations that you know need to happen.
  • List the impact of not having Courageous Conversations in your professional and personal lives.
  • Explore the leadership importance and mindset of three critical types of conversations: Daily, Difficult and Courageous.
