I really enjoyed the virtual program as it was very different. There was a personal touch, where the facilitator and participants are willing to get in front of the camera, because of that, when you’re actually in it you get that sense that you can do it. You’re committed to the other participants; they’ve seen your face. It helps people stay in the game.
