Phase 1: Culture Assessment

Our process begins with an in-depth assessment to understand the organization’s culture and strategic objectives. Phase 2: Last 8% Workshops & Coaching

We believe that senior leaders must model the behaviors they expect across the organization. Our SLT program equips leaders with the tools to:

  • Lead their functions effectively while driving organizational culture change.
  • Signal desired behaviors to the organization, inspiring others to follow their example.
  • Through facilitated discussions, team exercises, and leadership coaching (including CEOs and key leaders), SLTs build skills to manage tough conversations and enrich accountability.
Phase 3: Company-Wide Launch Session

Our Culture Sprints take culture-building beyond leadership and embed it throughout the organization. These team-driven initiatives unfold over 4-week cycles and include:

  • CEO Kick-off: A powerful, interactive session where the CEO models courage and vulnerability, emphasizing the organization’s cultural shift.
  • People Leader Learning: People Leaders are equipped with skills for managing pressure and facilitating Sprint Team Meetings.
  • Sprint Team Meetings: People Leaders dedicate 30-45 minutes of regular team meetings to:
  • Watch a short video introducing key concepts.
  • Discuss team dynamics and how to improve collaboration.
  • Build agreements and commitments for handling Last 8% moments. These meetings help teams prepare for difficult conversations, improving communication and strengthening working relationships.
